IT’S RATATOUILLE!
Things are Cooking at Ratatouille!
Ratatouille is a new gourmet destination in Magog, in the Eastern Townships. It is designed as a place where food lovers, connoisseurs, and those who are simply curious about local cuisine can share their passions and learn something new.
A warm, welcoming space, Ratatouille is a veritable gourmet hub where food lovers intermingle, creating memorable moments through their love of good food and drink!
The people behind Ratatouille are the same team that operates Orford’s acclaimed Bistro 4 Saisons.

Workshops
We offer a number of different types of cooking classes and themed workshops, taught around a kitchen island where participants learn about different aspects of the universe of food: cooking, wine, mixology, coffee….
Our informal workshops are sometimes hands-on, and sometimes take the form of cooking demonstrations—formats that allow us to offer options designed for all tastes and levels of expertise. Our courses are also ideal for small groups.

Ready-to-Eat
At Ratatouille in Magog, in addition to privately imported wines and flavourful coffees, you will find soups, meats, fish, pasta, desserts, and more… ready to consume at home. The deli section also has a selection of beers and dry goods.

Wine
At Ratatouille, we offer a wide range of privately imported wines, carefully chosen by our cellarman. Some wines are from our corner of the globe, while others come from around the world.

Coffee
We take great pride in sourcing our coffee from Géogène, a local micro-roastery. Not only does the company create custom-made coffees, its baristas also lead our coffee workshops.

On-Site
Did you know that the Ratatouille experience also happens on-site? We have created a brand new, completely renovated space—a charming, welcoming location to share gourmet moments. Drop by our building at 2400 Principale Street West!
