What is your cancellation policy for the workshops?
All workshop purchases made on our website, by phone, or directly in-store are subject to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 72 hours before the workshop date
You may request a refund by calling 819-769-MIAM during the store’s business hours.
Outside of these hours, please send your request by email to: info@rata-touille.com.
A cancellation confirmation will be sent to you as soon as our reservations office reopens.
Cancellation less than 72 hours before the workshop date
The workshop is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
However, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us by phone.
Important note
Ratatouille reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to 48 hours before it is scheduled if the minimum number of participants is not reached or in case of force majeure.
How early should I arrive for my workshop?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your workshop begins.
This will give you time to check in at your leisure, get settled… and even browse our gourmet shop before starting the experience!
Is it possible to order wine during my workshop?
Yes, absolutely! No matter the workshop, you can always order wine by the glass ($), from our selection, or a bottle ($).
Some evening workshops also include a glass of wine; this will be indicated in your confirmation email as well as in the workshop description before you make your purchase.

Do you have seating available on-site?
Yes, absolutely! We have a few seats available inside. In the summer, enjoy the outside on our large patio.
Do you offer coffee workshops?
Yes, we do offer coffee workshops! You can check our class calendar to see the upcoming available dates and book your spot.
What coffee do you use at Ratatouille?
We are proud to serve coffee from Géogène, a local micro-roaster! Not only do our baristas use their beans in our high-performance machine to craft delicious specialty coffees, but Géogène’s experts also lead our coffee workshops.

What prepared meals do you offer?
At Ratatouille in Magog, in addition to private-import wine and delicious Géogène coffee, you’ll find appetizers, soups, meats, fish, pasta and sides, sauces and jus, desserts, and sweet treats… All items may be fresh or frozen, ready to reheat or quickly prepare at home, or even cook yourself if you prefer. You’ll also find ready-to-eat options that can be enjoyed on-site or taken to go
Can I order online?
Yes, absolutely! You can easily place your order online and pick it up in-store at your convenience during our opening hours. Order now!
Can I eat on-site?
Yes, you can eat on-site! We have a few seats available inside, and during the summer season, you can enjoy our large patio.
We can also heat up the dish you’ve chosen right here and offer you a pairing with a glass of wine or a beer, depending on your preference.

Can I purchase wine only?
Unfortunately, no. Under the conditions of our liquor licence, we can only serve alcoholic beverages if they accompany a meal or dish, whether it’s enjoyed on-site or taken to go to enjoy at home.
What types of wine can I find at Ratatouille?
At Ratatouille, we offer a wide range of privately imported wines carefully chosen by our cellarman. Some wines are from our corner of the globe. Others come from around the world.
