Thierry also serves as the manager of Ratatouille and Bistro 4 Saisons, and is always happy to suggest a special wine to his customers, especially one that may not be familiar to them!

Thierry Navette
Cellarman
Thierry Navette was born in France and for three years, he studied the restaurant trade at the Hotel School of Touquet, learning the art of cooking, customer service and hotel management.
He worked in Paris, Switzerland, Massachusetts, and even British Columbia before ending up in the Eastern Townships. Learn more about his impressive career.
Since January 2008, Thierry has been in charge of Bistro 4 Saisons, offering its clients high-quality food and excellent service. He is delighted to now be taking on the role of cellarman and manager for Ratatouille, a recognition of his ability to source exceptional wines for his customers!
