At Ratatouille, we offer several types of culinary classes and food-oriented workshops—cooking, wine, mixology, coffee, etc.

Our informal workshops are sometimes hands-on, and sometimes cooking demonstrations. These two different formats allow us to offer options designed for all tastes and levels of expertise. You can, for example, practise under the guidance of one of our chefs, or learn advanced cooking techniques by carefully watching what they do during a demonstration.

Our team of experts will ensure you have a wonderful experience that is not only fun, but educational! Special guests, including chefs, winemakers, and local food producers sometimes participate in our themed activities—all at our impressive Magog location!

Our classes are designed for between 8 and 20 participants. (The number varies according to the type of course.) The demonstrations and workshops are all held in small groups around a kitchen island, making the experience intimate and friendly. It is also possible to book a private event.
